Eyes of Scripture is a non-profit organization that consists
of a number of persons who whole-heartedly subscribe to the
original, ancient Vedic tradition that God is the Supreme
Person, exhibiting all opulences, and that our own original
position is to love Him and be His servant.
This Vedic knowledge, which exhaustively describes both this mundane
world and the spiritual world beyond, was handed down to us in the
disciplic succession by the late A. C. Bhaktivedanta Swami (1896-1977),
also known as rīla Prabhupāda. Without his monumental sacrifice—leaving
India to teach the people in the Western countries—many of his
current disciples and grand-disciples would not have had the opportunity
to really understand who God is. Therefore we would like to, over and
over again, express our deepest gratitude to him for this matchless gift,
and, as an insignificant offering, dedicate this site to his memory.
The webmaster would also personally like to thank his own teacher,
Hridayananda dāsa Goswami, direct disciple of A. C. Bhaktivedanta
Swami, for continuing the disciplic succession so nicely, and inspiring
so many other persons to seriously follow in the footsteps of
rīla Prabhupāda.
